1 Language

In the right upper corner of the site, you see the login sign. If you click on this, you will find the option to switch to the English version of the website.

2 Ordering

 
There are a few things you need to pay attention to. The most important thing is that you fill in all the required fields correctly. You also need to accept the general terms and conditions before you can go to the payment page. If you are placing a business order, make sure you fill in the VAT number in full (possibly with NL in front of it). The system automatically checks whether the VAT number has been filled in correctly and if this is not the case, you cannot continue. Also make sure that you tick the correct shipping costs. If you get stuck at another point, do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help you further.

In our webshop we have made a selection of the most common or special products from our suppliers. It is almost impossible for us to offer all products from, for example, doTERRA. However, the real fans of this brand know the product line. If there is a product that you would like to have, please contact us. We will gladly order this product for you.

3 Delivery

Depending on the items you ordered and if they are in stock, you will receive them between 1 and 10 days generally. Products that we have in stock and that you order before 4:30 PM, will be shipped the same day. Products from the Aqualine brand, for example, are not always in stock. You can always check with us how quickly the product you want to order can be delivered. However, waiting a little while will be very worthwhile!
Unfortunately, the courier companies are also very busy due to the increased number of packages and at the same time the staff shortages. Next day delivery is therefore no longer always next day delivery in practice and unfortunately we have no influence on that.
If you have not received the products within 3 days after shipment (in The Netherlands), please send an email to [email protected] We will then ensure that the ordered products arrive to you as soon as possible.

4 Discount codes

Some discount codes are publicly available, others we send on a case-by-case basis (for example, if there is a sale).

Once you have selected a product and put it in the shopping cart, you will see a field at the bottom left where you can enter a discount code. If you have a valid discount code, enter it here before clicking on 'update shopping cart' or 'complete order'. This way, the discount will be processed correctly. Always check this before you complete the order.

There are cases where you are eligible for a discount. If you want to make a so-called 'bulk order', for example to give to relations as a gift during the holiday season, we are happy to think along with you. From 10 pieces you can send us an email about this.
If you have left a nice review on our site for one of the products you use from us or on Google, we will also be happy to give you a discount code for our shop!
Always inquire about this with us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot grant discounts on products that have already been delivered.

5 Return policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days (and even 60 days for the EMF Health Card) after receiving the order without giving any reason. If you return the order in full, you will be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to us are at your expense. If you use your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to Blizwellness.com.
